Simple seat-based subscriptions for private lab knowledge bases. Standard managed AI is included within plan limits. BYO-key, local deployment, premium-model requirements, and dedicated storage architecture are scoped as tailored configurations.
How subscriptions are packaged
The public anchor is approximately $20 per seat. Expensive dimensions are bounded at the plan level so managed AI, ingestion, storage, and support do not become unlimited cost centers.
Standard managed AI included
Everyday cited Q&A runs inside monthly answer, upload, and managed-token limits. Provider-backed OCR and transcription also draw from managed-AI capacity when enabled.
Advanced models are scoped separately
The shipped plans cap standard platform-managed AI. Premium or frontier models require BYO-key, local deployment, or a tailored agreement.
Storage is scoped deliberately
Team Pro increases the storage allowance and includes storage review. Dedicated buckets or separate storage drives require a tailored deployment.
Plans under validation
Self-service checkout remains closed during Early Access. The limits below match the plan dimensions Researcher Center can already enforce: seats, workspaces, documents, storage, answers, uploads, and platform-managed AI capacity.

Model access and cost control
Standard model lane
Included for normal cited answers, onboarding questions, protocol lookup, and source review. Provider-backed OCR and media transcription are counted in managed usage when enabled. Usage is capped by plan.
Advanced model lane
Not included as a default self-service entitlement. Premium or frontier models can be scoped through BYO-key, local deployment, or tailored agreements.
Premium models can be valuable for complex reasoning, but they are materially more expensive. Current paid plans include standard managed AI; premium model access is not included in Team Pro by default.
Usage questions
Are AI credits unlimited?
No. Platform-managed AI has monthly token caps. Answers, embeddings, OCR, and audio/video transcription consume managed usage when Researcher Center provides that provider path. Higher-volume teams should move to a larger package, BYO-key, local deployment, or a tailored plan.
What happens at a limit?
The product pauses the limited action and returns a plan-limit message. We can review usage before adding capacity or moving the lab to another package.
Can we use a premium model?
Not as a default self-service entitlement. We can scope premium or frontier model access for BYO-key, local deployment, or a tailored agreement.
Can we self-host?
Yes, for teams that need stronger data-control boundaries. Local or hybrid deployment is scoped as a custom engagement, including support responsibilities.
