Example question
Which wash buffer did we use for the membrane assay?
The 2024 protocol used 50 mM Tris-HCl at pH 7.5 with 150 mM NaCl during the wash step. The validation note kept that buffer and changed only incubation time.
Trust and controls
- The answer is cited to the source document, not generated as general methods advice.
- If the relevant protocol is missing, the system should say so.
- Local/self-hosted AI is available when protocols are sensitive or unpublished.
